As Kim Jong-un's health continues to be a major talking point, speculations have been rising of sister Kim Yo-jong taking reigns of the hermit kingdom.  Kim's younger sister has been seen exerting increasing clout in Pyongyang as of late, raising the possibility of her succeeding her brother amid speculation that he may be seriously unwell, a South Korean legislative think tank has said.
