What is Geofeedia? The tool police say could have warned them to Capital Gazette shooter

After the Capital Gazette shooting, police say that controversial social media surveillance tool could have helped track threats online. Its access to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts was revoked last year after an ACLU report showed police were using it to track and intercept protesters.
